Nutritionally balanced and versatile, Alfa One Rice Bran Oil is naturally light and clean tasting. It contains the plant sterol oryzanol which has been shown to help the body reduce cholesterol absorption. Alfa One Rice Bran Oil is high in antioxidants such as vitamin E and high in "good" mono and polyunsaturated fats. With a high smoke point of 250°C its ideal for frying, barbecuing, grilling, stir fries and great for non-stick baking. Alfa One Rice Bran Oil is our most premium in the range with the highest gamma oryzanol content of more than 5,000 ppm . It is also the base oil we use in our other Alfa One range of products such as the Salad Dressing, the Aioli and the Infused Oil.

Rizi Rice Bran Oil is naturally light and clean tasting. It is high in antioxidants such as vitamin E and "good" unsaturated fats. With a high smoke point (250° C), non-GMOs and no preservatives added, Rizi is ideal for deep frying, stir frying, salad dressing and great for non-stick baking. Rizi Rice Bran Oil comes in a variety of gamma oryzanol contents of standard 2,500 ppm, 4,000 ppm and retail 5,000 ppm. It is our standard oil we sell as bulk up to 21T

Arroza Rice Bran Oil is our standard domestic grade with an improved gamma oryzanol content and physical properties to replace our decades old Chim brand. It is geared primarily for the tropical climate consumers, industrial food application and catering. Rice Bran Oil is a specialty oil that has not yet between widely utilized outside of Asia. As people have become more aware of its uses and health benefits, Rice Bran Oil has gained popularity in both domestic and indo-china. The oil carefully extracted from the thin brown layer between the rice husk and grain where many vitamins and minerals are stored. The result is a product that has been considered by many culinary and health experts as the superior all-round oil.
