Arroza is our standard domestic grade with an improved gamma oryzanol content and physical properties.

Rizi is naturally light and clean tasting. It is high in antioxidants such as vitamin E and "good" unsaturated fats. With a high smoke point (250° C), non-GMOs and no preservatives added, Rizi is ideal for deep frying, stir frying, salad dressing and great for non-stick baking.
